Camper reservation procedure

For reservations, please contact info@ohana-h.com by filling out the form below. 1. Name (phone number) 2. Number of users (group composition *families, etc.) 3. Desired car model 4. Date of use (〇〇〇～〇〇〇)5. Rental location and return location 6. If you have any other questions, please contact us by email or phone. (If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us)

After confirming the above details with the customer via email or phone, once we have confirmed that the payment has been made into the specified account by the date specified by our company, we will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation. The contract will be concluded.
Generally, payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
Please check the amount in the “reservation confirmation email” you receive after making your reservation.
If payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline we will notify you during the reservation process, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Please understand and sign the contract documents and loan terms and conditions.
Please check the confirmation items and precautions on this website in advance.
A driver’s license is required for all persons planning to drive the vehicle at the time of rental. (One other certificate is required for contract holders)
As a general rule, drivers must be licensed for at least one year. Please note that in principle we do not lend items to people under the age of 20 or to students.

We will explain the equipment installed in each vehicle.
We will explain the characteristics and precautions when driving each vehicle.
We would like to inform you of general precautions regarding parking and sleeping in your car.

If you are going to a destination for the first time, be sure to refuel early.
In the event of a problem or accident, please be sure to contact us as well as the police and fire department. Please be sure to follow the precautions when renting the item and enjoy it.

Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
If you use a wastewater tank or sewage tank, please dispose of and clean the inside of the tank yourself. (There will be a charge if this is done by us)
Please do not leave any personal items or valuables behind in the car.
*After returning the camper, our store will not be responsible for storing left behind items. Please be sure to check for yourself.

Confirm with the person in charge that there are no scratches on the vehicle body or malfunction of equipment. Please let us know if you notice any abnormalities, problems, or concerns during the rental period. Please sign the required documents and fill in any additions. If there is a payment such as NOC, the payment will be completed at the time of return.
