Period A：Weekday rates (April to December 20th) *Excluding weekends, holidays, and special periods such as Golden Week!
Period B：Weekend and holiday rates *Excluding special periods such as Golden Week!
Period C：Excluding Golden Week (April 25th to May 10th), summer (August 1st to 16th), winter ski season (December 20th to March 31st), and New Year’s holidays
Period D：New Year’s holidays (December 26th to January 3rd)

*Maximum number of guests: 10
*Pets are generally not permitted, but please inquire if necessary.
*Minimum stay of one night (day trips will incur the one-night rate).
*Long-term discount: 10% off for stays of three nights or more.
Monthly stays qualify for the weekly rate x 4 (28 days), offering even greater savings.
*Please note that you are responsible for any room cleaning during your stay.
Weekly rate discounts apply for stays of seven days or more (approximately 15%-30% off).
